They are Gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, preservatives-, artificial flavourings and colourings free!

Recipe for 2:

Pita Ingredients:

  • 75g Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 250ml lukewarm water – not boiling

Avo Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Avo
  • Fresh Purple onion
  • Fresh garlic
  • Fresh beetroot
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • A.Vogel Herbal salt
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
NutriBullet until smooth

All quantities for avo sauce according to own taste…

Method:

  • Preheat oven 220*C
  • Mix ingredients
  • Combine all ingredients and knead for 1 minute
  • Set aside for 10 minutes
  • Rolling, Flatten dough on baking paper (place extra baking paper on top of the dough before flattening)

Bake for 12-15 minutes

Sprinkle with A.Vogel Herbal salt, non-irradiated mix Herbs and non-irradiated Paprika
Back in the oven for 5 minutes
Serve with Fresh Garlic, Green olives in Salt Water and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
