Recipe for 2:
Pita Ingredients:
- 75g Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 250ml lukewarm water – not boiling
Avo Sauce Ingredients
- 1 Avo
- Fresh Purple onion
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh beetroot
- Fresh lemon juice
- A.Vogel Herbal salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
All quantities for avo sauce according to own taste…
Method:
- Preheat oven 220*C
- Mix ingredients
- Combine all ingredients and knead for 1 minute
- Set aside for 10 minutes
- Rolling, Flatten dough on baking paper (place extra baking paper on top of the dough before flattening)
Bake for 12-15 minutes
Sprinkle with A.Vogel Herbal salt, non-irradiated mix Herbs and non-irradiated Paprika
Back in the oven for 5 minutes
Serve with Fresh Garlic, Green olives in Salt Water and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
